I've Got That Doctorow Feeling
What an odd week. We went to Disneyworld. This picture will have to do until I get a chance to upload a few more to Flickr.
We went to MGM-Disney and Epcot. Typical Florida rain both days at 4:30, but the rest of the time we had fun. The lines weren't too bad. You can even luck out if you hit some rides late. I rode the Tower of Terror five straight times. Walk off. Walk back in and back on a ride with almost no wait. Totally sweet. Sorry. We saw Crush a few times also.
(And the Tower ride isn't anything like that little clip at the link.)
They were handing out pins for Earth Day 2006 to every person who walked through the gates. That didn't stop one guy from advertising his on Ebay as Disney Jiminy Cricket EARTH DAY 2006 BUTTON Cast Member He writes, "This button was given exclusively to Disney Cast Members in celebration of Earth Day 2006. It measures approximately 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" and features Jiminy Cricket."
I realize Disney calls all employees cast members, but I thought I was part of the audience. Someone at Disney owes me a check.
