Jays Corner Market on Js
The Toronto Blue Jays decided to downplay the "Blue" last year in favor of the "Jays." Few people noticed so this offseason they've added B.J. Ryan and A.J. Burnett. Peter Gammons has reported the team will trade for C. J. Wilson, D.J. Houlton, and J.J. Putz to round out their pitching staff.
On the minor league front plans are also in place to expedite the advancement of Dunedin Blue Jays minor league pitcher D.J. Hanson and the Jays have offered pitcher Zach Jackson a major league contract if he'll legally change his name to Z.J. Jackson.
Rumors are unfounded that P.J. Forbes R.J. Reynolds, and T.J. Mathews will come out of retirement to join the team.
