Asleep at the Wheel
I didn't start this blog for the joy of watching it become so popular that I am forced to close it because of a high bandwidth bill. I didn't even bother to promote it.
However, I do use my URL when I comment at other blogs. That's what I did a couple of weeks ago over at paulfrankenstein.org. He had a quick contest for the title above his blog. It had to use October. I pulled a quote from The Apartment out of the air. He liked it and suddenly I have my first link from another blogger.
Let me repeat: my first link. My response? I didn't even know about it. Plus, I took last week off. So, I get my first link and everyone assumes I never post.
The quote: "Premium-wise and billing-wise, we are eighteen percent ahead of last year, October-wise."
